We restock items as they come available. If there is an out of stock item shown on our site, it is likely that the product will be restocked. However, we cannot guarantee. We recommend that you click the “NOTIFY ME WHEN IT'S BACK IN STOCK” button and enter your email address so that you are notified immediately once your size is back in stock.

While we do offer plus sizes in some items, other items are only offered in sizes S-L. 

The sizes showing for an item indicate the sizes that are still in stock. If your size is out of stock in an item, we recommend that you click the “NOTIFY ME WHEN IT'S BACK IN STOCK” button and enter your email address so that you are notified immediately if your size is restocked.

Because we carry multiple brands, sizing of an item may vary. 

To assist you with selecting the best size option for you, we include any important sizing details in the description on the product page. If the description indicates that the item is “true to size”, you should probably choose your normal size. However, if the description indicates that the item “runs big” or “runs small”, you should consider adjusting your size accordingly.

In the caption of our social media posts, we typically include the Search terms for each item. Please type that Search Term in the search bar on our site to find it. If nothing populates, the item is likely completely sold out.

An estimated ship date indicates that an item is currently on Pre-order, and we are waiting for a new shipment to arrive. The dates listed are estimated dates that we expect to fulfill and ship the order on. 

In most cases, we are able to ship the items by the estimated ship dates. However, these dates cannot be guaranteed because shipments could possibly be delayed. If this rare scenario were to arise, we would update our site with any changes.

Orders and Payments

Once you complete your order, you will be taken to a Confirmation Page, which shows your order number. Also, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.  

If for some reason, you did not receive a confirmation email,  please contact our support team at support@thefabstandard.com.

We are not able to change or cancel orders. All orders are final once they are placed. So please be sure to check your order details before completing your order.

The Fab Standard is currently only an online store.

Your store credit should be in the form of a Coupon Code. Please enter the code in the “Discount Code” field at checkout.

For our customers’ convenience, store credits do not expire.

If you are getting an error when you enter a particular coupon code, it is likely that the code is no longer valid. However, if another location on the site indicates that the offer is still valid, please contact our support team at support@thefabstandard.com for assistance.

Also, please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions, or sales. 

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.  Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. 

The only exception to this processing time is Pre-Orders. If your order has not shipped within the designated 3-5 business days, it is very likely that one or more of the items in your order are Pre-Order Items (noted by an estimated ship date). 

You will receive an automatic email notification with your tracking number once your order ships.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. However, due to the possibility of delays caused by COVID-19, we are currently not able to provide or guarantee exact delivery times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please use the tracking number in that email to track your order.

Also, please note, if your item has an "estimated ship date", it will be filled once  it becomes available.

We have temporarily removed express shipping options due to the challenges of unpredictable delays caused by COVID-19.

Please contact your local post office for any additional information beyond what you see on your tracking. Unfortunately, once your order is shipped from our facility,  it is at the liability of the carrier.

If for some reason your package is missing, we suggest contacting your local post office (responsible for delivering your mail) immediately. If they are not able to resolve the issue, we suggest opening a missing mail claim with USPS.

Returns

You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to send your item back.

To return an item,you should send it to the return address on the packing slip or package label. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. To ensure we are able to adequately process your return, please include your packing slip and/or name and order number inside the package. Once you have shipped the item(s) to us, please email us the tracking information at support@thefabstandard.com for prompt return processing.

You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a return. After 7 days, all items within your order are Final Sale.

All bodysuits, swimwear, clearance items, and worn items are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted for these items.

Per our Return Policy, we do not offer refunds of any kind. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your store credit will be provided to you in the form of a coupon code. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email with your coupon code and any other necessary details.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

As noted in our Return Policy, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit to be issued. We will notify you via email as soon as the return is processed.
