Thank you for shopping with us at The Fab Standard. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, we are here to make the return process as smooth as possible. See the return policy details below.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to complete your return. Items must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for store credit.

How do I make a return?

To return an item, you should send it to the return address on the packing slip or package label. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. To ensure we are able to adequately process your return, please include your packing slip and/or name and order number inside the package. Once you have shipped the item(s) to us, please email us the tracking information at support@thefabstandard.com for prompt return processing.

What items are returnable?

Most items, excluding those marked Final Sale, are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, i.e. unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Garments must be free from any signs of wear and odor. 

All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping and handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Worn Items
  • Items with scents, odors, deodorant, or signs of wear.
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Shipping Fees

Can I get my money back?

We grant a STORE CREDIT only for all returns. Refunds and exchanges are not available.

Also, if the item is marked FINAL SALE, it cannot be returned.

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the order was defective or contained an error. 

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit to be issued. 

Are discounts transferable?

If you purchased an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount is not transferable to your next purchase. All sales codes are only valid during the time of the sale.
