Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 Business Days for Order Processing.

Once your payment is verified, it can take up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. You will receive an automatic email notification with your tracking number once your order ships.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve new pieces in advance with an estimated future shipping date. This helps to ensure that an item will not be sold upon arrival to our facility. 

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email once the pre-ordered item(s) are ready to ship.

Each pre-order item will be listed with an estimated shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will update our site with any changes that arise.

Combined Orders

We suggest ordering pre-order items separately from in-stock items. In-stock items can be shipped immediately while pre-order items are not available for immediate shipping. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please use the tracking number in that email to track your order.

Possible Delays

On-time delivery is our goal. However, due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays. Although we are provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers, there is a rare possibility that packages could arrive outside of the estimated time frame. We appreciate your patience.

Undeliverable Orders

Please double check all shipping information prior to submitting your order. We are NOT responsible for incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages.

If for some reason your package cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, The Fab Standard, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items, minus the shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you request that your order be re-shipped, there will be a shipping and handling fee.

Lost / Stolen Packages

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the package as delivered.  Once your order leaves our facility, it is at the liability of the carrier. If your package says delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office and file a claim through USPS. We cannot file claims on behalf of the addressee.
